<Number of employees : Total : 526 Local : 518 Japanese : 8 Foreigner : > <Report Line : TH Senior Manager (Male 45age) > <Team Member: 12 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 4 persons> <Products:Bolts > <Clients: Automobile company > <Saturday Working: Every other week but depends on the customer. > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Able to perform sales and management tasks. - Can be a future Manager. <Job Responsibilities> * Use a company car when visiting. 1. Making and Checking Quotaiton and initially adjust for process cost. 2. Sourcing new customers, building business networks and relationships. 3. Preparing monthly forecast combinine forecast from customer & checking compare with actual result. 4. Participate in APQP team for new part planning schedule. 5. Participating regularly in customer meetings (progress reviews, quality reviews,commercial global meetings). 6. FTA and form D submit to BOI. Support customer request for local content benefit on tax exemption.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - At least 4 years experience in automotive manufacturing sale or marketing, - Holds a driving license. - Conversation middle level of English <Personal> - Negotiation and numerical skill, knowledge in car makers procurement is desired. - Good computer skill about MS office (Word, Excel),Power point , outlook , Internet - Pro-active, creative, logical thinking and easily communicating with people. - Problems solving systematically and analytically <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Conversation level of Japanese - Experience in automotive manufacturing sale or marketing in OEM. - GPA above 2.7
