Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products and retail locations.
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing plans with business objectives.
- Conduct competitive market analysis, customer insights gathering, and trend forecasting to inform campaigns.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions, in-store activations, and seasonal events
- Work with teams to develop marketing materials and content e.g. POP materials, signage, and promotional guidelines etc.
- Develop localized marketing toolkits and strategies to drive footfall to physical stores
- Partner with CRM and digital teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage marketing budgets for assigned products and stores.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs such as sales uplift, traffic, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Prepare reports and present campaign outcomes and insights to senior leadership.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, ideally within retail, FMCG, consumer goods, or multi-store environments.
- Proficient in tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, POS data systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working in a multi-location retail brand or product-centric organization, with a solid grasp of loyalty programs, shopper insights, or retail analytics.
- Conversational High Level in English for communication with customers
