Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Work together with Japanese colleagues on the insurance renewal process, such as preparing insurance renewal notice and recommending strategies to propose to clients. - Prepare the insurance renewal notice and submit to the client, including comparing between the existing insurer and another insurer. - Handle claims when they occur. - Quote new insurance quotations. - Visit clients to explain the renewal insurance coverage condition. - Visit clients to build relationships. - Update weekly/monthly reports. - Support any new project development or other related work of the team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience as a Sales/AE in taking care of Non-Life insurance - Conversational high in English (Communication with Japanese internal, e-mail, and documents) - Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot, Vlookup) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing or an insurance-related field. - Be able to expand the customer range.
