Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Be able to maintain relationship with current existing client and dealing with projects. - Dealing with new clients related to project, business growth, growing relationship etc. - Create strategic plans to increase department productivity by forge new business partnerships to look for development and growth prospects. - Review and enhance organizational effectiveness through designing processes always up to date and provide direction and comments to employees to help them improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving. - Develop, execute, and budget results analysis, as well as market demand up to date by allocation strategies to ensure activities are completed on time. - Financial analysis and update business progress, business growth to head quarter. - Control quality of supplier and manage to follow client's expectation and needs. - Visit client by own drive with company car, attend business trip as require - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 8 years experience in Business analysis, Business Development and expansion, Marketing, or other financial related position - At least 2 years as Manager level with subordinates - Must experience in Automotive industry - Business analysis, strong market analysis and research skills with fully understanding market trends and customer behavior, corporate strategy plan, financial budgeting. - Holding JLPT N3, N2, N1 - Conversational High to Business level in Japanese Language (communicate with Japanese Management, Japanese customer etc.) - Conversational High to Business level in English (communicate with oversea supplier, email, report etc.) - Holding driving license - Willingness to travel internationally <In detail> - Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and execute tasks with attention to details - Creativity and innovation with inspire by show potential of good the leadership <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Japanese Trading company (Automotive) - Holding JLPT N2, N1 - Holding TOEIC 750 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
