Marketing Department Manager (FMCG / Modern Trade) (90K–120K) (SDG-96272) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายการตลาด (FMCG / Modern Trade) <Job Responsibilities> - Plan strategic direction, objective and implementation plan to drive business growth by >35% - Strengthen product portfolio and develop NPD strategies by cooperating with R&D team > 30% - Be responsible for all marketing procedure to achieve brand mission and business goals> 20% - Lead team to strengthen brand equity & implement marketing activities to build brand awareness> 15% - Identify strategic direction, objective and implementation plan to drive business growth - Be responsible for all marketing procedures to achieve brand mission and business goals - Develop a Brand value proposition to create sustainable growth and strengthen Brand essence - Strengthen brand equity & implement marketing activities to build brand awareness & sales achievement - Engage and work with regional team in defining & implementing product strategy, brand strategy and communication strategy - Prepare annual brand plan to achieve the business goal - Strengthen product portfolio and develop NPD strategies by cooperating with R&D team - Manage product and price strategy to increase incremental sales by cooperating with R&D & sales team - Conduct research with regional team to study attitude & usage of consumers - Review brand performance and evaluate marketing campaign to identify key learning & counter measure - Cooperate with creative agency & media agency to strengthen brand through all marketing communication & activities - Develop communication concept and packaging concept to satisfy consumer satisfaction - Monitor & analyze sales performance, market situation, competitors and consumer behavior trend in order to find the triggers & barriers for business - Manage & control marketing BG to deliver cost effectiveness - Explore the new way for profitability growth - Cooperate with internal team such as sales, R&D, purchasing, accounting and HR to achieve business objective - Involve channel activities to synergize plan for effective execution and stimulate sales - Coach & develop team to meet company’s goal - Receive issues, problems, complaints & suggestions about food safety from subordinates and solve the problem step by step
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old - Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing or related field - Experience in FMCG of at least 8 years as a Marketing Manager in the food industry or dairy product - 5 years in Manager level - Good command of English and communication skills (Chinese President) - Can travel aboard in occasionally [approx 2 times/year, China Head Quarter] <Details> - Brand management skill - Strong relationship-building and leadership skills - Strategic skill- Strong analytical skill, creative thinking - Communication & project management skills <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Ice-Cream, Milk, Yogurt industry Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Pathum Thani Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17:00 for Friday), flexible for visiting clients, according to company's regulations) About the Benefits 90,000–120,000THB About the company Product & Service: Ice-Cream, Milk, Yogurt Business Type: Food / Beverages
