Job Description
*Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager • Take care existing client 80%, Business development 20%. • Visit customer by company car. (2-3 times per month, driver provided) • Analyse and monitors market planning and setting sale target of product • To marketing quotation and sales plan analysis • Summarize result of progressive sale and report data and get requirement form customers • Support customers through queries, order handing and responding to complaints • Co-ordinate with internal and external parties in regard to invoicing, billing, accounting and payment process • Co-ordinate with our customer and support solving problem solving • Assist and co-ordinate with sales team and relative section to achieve set objective and activities • Set up meeting for explain customer objective and requirements to concern section for make understanding • Monitor marketing task to ensure completed in target and directly report to Manger • Other concerning function assigned by company Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri,*Saturday: Once a month)
Job Requirement
• Age 30-40 years • Bachelor's Degree in any field • Have working experience at least 8 years as Sales and marketing in automotive industry • Have management experience at least 3 years as Sales Supervisor or higher • Have knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO system, Kaizen • Conversation middle-high level of English • Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable • Not Job hopper is preferable • Have working experience in Japanese company is preferable
