Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for taking care and visiting customer accounts - Manages and plans to achieve the company's sales target - Conducts the strategy and plan of customer management and visiting - Coordinates with the team to manage Traditional Trade accounts effectively - Oversees the sales staff and develops and implements strategies to improve company sales - Organizing the sales team to achieve the daily customer visiting on-site/calling target - Maintains and builds relationships with customers to drive business outcomes in the Traditional Trade Channel - Serves existing customers by selling products and meeting customer needs - Establishes new accounts in their own area to find potential sales outlets and other trade factors - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management - Tracks and monitors all sales staff activities - Collaborates with team members and distributors to achieve better results
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields - At least 4 years’ experience as Sales, Area Sales, Regional Sales, Channel Sales, Domestic Sales in the FMCG industry - Have management experience in FMCG industry - Experience takes care of traditional trade channels such as mom-and-pop stores, local retailers, wholesalers, dealers, merchant, and provincial distributors - Basic in English for internal, external, emails, and documents - Hold a driving license and a private car < Details > - High responsibility, quick learning and self-motivated - Result-oriented with strong selling, presentation and negotiation skills < Preferable Skill / Experience > - Healthy drink industry
