Duties & Responsibility
(Work Outline)
In charge of Market Research (Real Estate) and creating report of the real estate market
(Detail)
Real estate market research and report of Residential and commercial facilities, office, logistics and hotel
Investigation and report of Political, economic and social situation
Guidance of the clients and internal stakeholders
*Clients are Bank, General contractor, Real Estate.
Participation to meetings with business partners
Other task other tasks as assigned by the supervisor (part-time)
Desired skills & experiences:
[Must]
Male or Female , age 28 - 40 , Thai nationality
Bachelor degree in Real estate or any related field
Good command in Japanese and English to speak and write(Cooperate with Singapore regional office and Japan HQ)
PC Skill (MS Office) *Ability to create some documents
Experience to work Real estate-related business (financial, construction, etc.)

Experience to work Real estate fields
Languages skills:
English: Conversation level
Japanese: Business level (N1 level)
Workplace Area:Asoke / Bangkok (BTS Asoke)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00)
