Work outline: Managing for overall factory operations (Production Control, Quality Control, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Engineering)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Directs manufacturing activities including planning, organization, leading and controlling of Factory resources to achieve business goal
Ø Develops operating procedures to maintain and improve high production quality, delivery and safety and managing and monitoring the budget, achieving operational targets
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male only, age 35-50 y.o.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Ø Familiar with metal processing and machine processing
Ø Good command in Japanese (Advanced conversational level)－internal communication with Japanese GM and JP Subordinates
Ø Experience as manufacturing manager
Preferable:
Ø Experience as a Quality Management Representative (ISO 9001)
Ø Have an experience of start-up of a factory
Ø English skills(Daily conversational level)
Language skills:
English: Daily conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Amata city, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Sat) Sat: Every other week(2-3 times / month)
