เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายการผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Solve the problem that happened in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance.
• Proceed the activity about Keizen, Cost down, Production efficiency and Safety.
• Coaching and give advice for subordinate.
• Other task as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Production control, Production process Design in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Production Leader or higher in any manufacturing industry
• Advanced conversation low level of English
• Have working experience about 5S., Kaizen, Safety, ISO9001, ISO14001
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working :Every other Saturday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•จัดทำแผนควบคุมและกำหนดมาตรฐานการผลิต
•ควบคุมสายการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
•แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิต
•วางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของการดำเนินงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
•ดำเนินกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับ Keizen ลดต้นทุนประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและความปลอดภัย
•ฝึกสอนและให้คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-35 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตการออกแบบกระบวนการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่ง Production Leader หรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ 5S., Kaizen, Safety, ISO9001, ISO14001

•ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี
