<Job Responsibilities>
□Management & Business Administration
Formulate and execute mid- to long-term business strategies
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
Manage relationships and negotiations with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
□Manufacturing Operations Management
Develop and monitor production plans and schedules
Supervise quality control, cost management, and delivery deadlines
Drive efficiency improvements and yield enhancement initiatives
Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Oversee training, development, and performance evaluation of factory staff
□Organizational Leadership
Provide leadership and guidance to senior managers and department heads
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and build a cohesive organizational culture
Develop and mentor next-generation leaders within the company

Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3 years of experience as a Managing Director and factory/plant management in the Manufacturing industry
- At least conversational-high level of Japanese for conducting meetings with the headquarters
- At least conversational-middle level of English for documents
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Work experience in a company with approximately 300 employees or fewer
