<Job Responsibilities>
Job portion: credit management 50%, Budget management 25%, managerial reporting 20%, ad-hoc 5%

- Analyze credit data and operate the credit control functions to ensure that all credit transactions are done promptly and accurately in accordance with the company’s credit policy.
- Prepare monthly receivables analysis reports for management’s review and follow up overdue credit balance.
- Prepare financial summary presentation, AR analysis reports and submit reporting packages to parent companies.
- Responsible for operations and functions of budgeting management by using spreadsheets and SAP / COPA.
- Initiate idea for improving efficiency of accounting process and introducing improvement on accounting operations to management and related person.
- Ad-hoc task as assigned by management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree of accounting
- Working experiences in auditing firm for at least 2 years
- Knowledge in budget management
- Proficiency
- Good command in English (TOEIC 800 or more)
- Good negotiation skill and be able to work under pressure
- Willing to adapt, promote positive change and approach challenging

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- CPA license (highly prefer)
- Knowledge in credit management

Workplace Area: MRT Silom/BTS Sala Daeng, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri *No Saturday working (can start working from 7.30-9.00))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
ส่วนงาน: การจัดการเครดิต 50%, การจัดการงบประมาณ 25%, การรายงานการจัดการ 20%, เฉพาะกิจ 5%

- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเครดิตและดำเนินการฟังก์ชั่นการควบคุมสินเชื่อเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าธุรกรรมสินเชื่อทั้งหมดจะทำได้อย่างรวดเร็วและถูกต้องตามนโยบายสินเชื่อของบริษัท
- จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ลูกหนี้รายเดือนสำหรับการตรวจสอบของฝ่ายบริหารและติดตามยอดเครดิตที่ค้างชำระ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปทางการเงิน รายงานการวิเคราะห์ AR และส่งชุดรายงานไปยังบริษัทแม่
- รับผิดชอบการดำเนินงานและหน้าที่ของการจัดการงบประมาณโดยใช้สเปรดชีตและ SAP / COPA
- ริเริ่มแนวคิดในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการบัญชีและแนะนำการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีแก่ผู้บริหารและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานเฉพาะกิจตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 28 - 40 ปี
- บัญชีบัณฑิต
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในสำนักงานสอบบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- ความรู้ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ
- ความชำนาญ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (TOEIC 800 ขึ้นไป)
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- เต็มใจที่จะปรับตัว ส่งเสริมการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเชิงบวก และแนวทางที่ท้าทาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ใบอนุญาต CPA (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ความรู้ด้านการจัดการสินเชื่อ
