<Job Responsibilities> 1. Strategic Talent Acquisition - End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality hires for both volume-based roles and niche, executive-level positions. - Proactive Sourcing: Execute "offensive" recruitment strategies, including headhunting and direct sourcing for high-impact roles. - Employer Branding: Position recruitment as a branding tool to enhance the company’s reputation in the talent market. 2. Human Resource Development (HRD) - Training Architecture: Design and implement comprehensive annual training plans aligned with business goals. - Competency-Based Learning: Identify competency gaps and develop specialized training programs to address them. - Talent Management: Oversee succession planning and talent mapping to ensure long-term organizational growth. 3. Team Leadership - Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of HR professionals to achieve department KPIs. - Operational Excellence: Streamline HR processes to ensure a seamless "Candidate to Employee" experience.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 7 years in Human Resources (HRD and Recruitment) - At least 5 years in a managerial role with proven experience in subordinate management. - Demonstrated track record in managing full-cycle recruitment operations. - Strong knowledge of Talent Management frameworks. - Ability to design and facilitate training based on Competency Needs. - Conversation Middle or High level of English, use for document and email - Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) <Personality> - Mindset: A firm believer that HR is a strategic business function, not just support. - Growth-oriented, analytical, and highly proactive. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in both Mass Recruitment and Headhunting/Executive Search is highly preferred. - Working Experience in Japanese companies
