Job Highlight
- Being a STARTUP member who helps create/build strong organization together with CEO (Highly responsible as a founding member)
- Responsible of managing Pre Opening and Post Opening process from Interior Design perspective and Construction management according to Brand Standards
Duties & Responsibility:
- Handle hospitality project from design concept to site supervision on construction stage and follow brand standard till completion as required project by project.
- Develop initial ideas and design concept.
- Prepare technical and 3D drawing
- Acquire key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in details with hotel owners and arrange project schedule.
- Liaise and coordinate with contractor, subcontractor and external firm on project management
- Visit site and site measurement when required to determine damage, the delays, and to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
- Maintain the standard of quality/safety and its delivery
- Handle efficient critical path on site management project and establish the final plan to hand over.
- Other tasks as assigned by CEO
- Oversee onsite safety, environmental, design, technical, contractual and legal issues
- To do all the requisition supplies and all the materials needed to complete the construction projects
*Remark: At first, will concentrate on expanding hotel business in Bangkok/Thailand, but in the future, there is high possibility to expand the business to other countries in Southeast Asia

- Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 24– 30*Negotiable
- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hotel business to create the largest hotel chain in Southeast Asia from scratch
- Strong minded, Patient, Leadership, High challenge and Flexible to do multitasks in job
- Experience and/or Degree holder of interior design, architecture or other related discipline.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and common software would be advantage
- Expertise in the management of projects (design and architecture)

-Experiences and knowledgeable in obtaining licenses from government agencies.
-Ability to build and maintain client’s relationship.
-Ability to manage and deliver projects on time
Workplace Area: Bangkok

Salary: 40,000-60,000 THB/ Month
