Job Description
• Procurement • Conduct with existing suppliers both domestically and internationally. • Purchase orders, payment management, inventory control • Management and guidance of Thai staff • Coordinate with other departments such as the production department • Other assigned tasks • Production Management • Progress management of production status, troubleshooting, risk management, ISO implementation, and improvement • Ensure that all members are aware of the importance of compliance and provide appropriate guidance and response when problems occur. • Training tasks for members in skills, working attitude, mindset, etc. • Prepare manpower plan and assign personnel to the production department • Other assigned tasks • General Affairs • Re-development of general affairs work procedures • Re-development of the personnel evaluation system • Obtaining information on legal and regulatory matters / Reflecting legal and regulatory matters in company rules • Management of education and training operations • Management of employee health management • Other assigned tasks Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon – Fri *Saturday working average once in a month)
Job Requirement
• Age 25-35 years • Bachelor's degree in any field • Advanced conversational level of Japanese (Ability to repot to Japanese MD) • Advanced conversational middle level English • Management experience in Procurement or Production Management or General Affairs as manager level • Not job hopper • Business level of Japanese is preferable
