Work Outline: Responsible for maintaining the building in good repair
Duties & Responsibility:
•Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures Onsite consulting at the properties
•Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
•Support customer by sending necessary document or go to repair equipment
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male ONLY, Age 24 – 30
•Bachelor's degree in any related fields
•Japanese language skill
•Fresh Graduate is welcome
[Prefer]
•Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Languages skills
English: Daily Conversational Level
Japanese: Daily Conversational Level, JLPT N4 – N3
Workplace Area: Lumpini / Bangkok
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18.00
Sat or Sun according to shifts
