Maintenance Staff @Chonburi (15K-17K) (SDG-29044) <Job Responsibilities> This position needs to work as shift including night shift, Sat-Sun too. Be responsible for improving maintenance procedures and the whole facility system in building including the electricity,the water supply, the air conditioner system, the swimming pool , water pump and coordinate with related department in order to provide the maintenance service properly Responsible for Preventive Maintenance to meet with the standards, safety requirement and the hygiene follow with the strict regulation of the company Responsible for maintenance report including maintenance fixing list and report to Japanese Manager Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male, age 25-35 years old College Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering or other related fields At least 2 years experiences as Maintenance Engineer in Hotel industry , Real estate Building or related industry Advanced conversation level of English (Low-Middle) Be able to work in night shift and also work on Sat-Sun Someone who can commute to work by themselves <Preferable Skill / Experience> Work experience in dealing with the air conditioner system is highly preferable Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area Near J-Park, Chonburi Working Hour: (5 days working in Mon-Sun, 4 Shift (8 hours) per day. ① 8:00- 17:00 ②09:00-18:00 ③14:00-23:00 ④18:00-08:00) About the Benefits Salary: 15,000–17,000THB About the company Products: Hotel, Service Apartment for Japanese people Business Type: Real Estate (Development, Management, Brokerage)
