Maintenance Service Officer / Asphalt mixing plant (Electrical) (22K-55K) (SDG-76215) เจ้าหน้าที่ซ่อมบำรุง / โรงงานผสมยางมะตอย (ไฟฟ้า) <Job Responsibilities> - Visit customers and check plant condition, - Advise customer about operational/mechanical/electrical tips - Managing the project for new plant installation - Managing the project for replacement/fixing construction - Searching and contacting new supplier (reducing cost and localizing) - Planning budget and target of sales both long term and daily basis - Product planning based on customer needs - Service planning based on customer needs - Create brand awareness and loyalty to help Sales activities - Maintain the existing customers by route sales, Reveal their needs, etc. - Find new prospects - Quotation, Specification related documents creation - Other assigned by Maintenance Service Manager <Necessary Skills / Experiences > - Thai nationality, Male, 25-40 years old - Bachelor's Degree - 2 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance in construction heavy equipment, machine or asphalt mixing plant - Be available to work and stay in all over Thailand (Business trip) - Good in English (Speak with Japanese management) - Be able to work multi tasks to achieve the targets - Be able to work at the job site (due to the weather in Thailand, there might be high temperature) - Must not be allergic to dusts or dirt - Can drive safely with driving license (Company's car / car rent) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Asphalt Mixing Plant - Own car (5 THB/Km) Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Bangna, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: depend on client request / Work site.08:00 -17:00 >) About the Benefits Salary: 22,000–55,000THB About the company Product & Service: The leading Asphalt Mixing Plant and Maintenance Service & Remote Control System Business Type: Machinery / Equipment / Plants

เจ้าหน้าที่ซ่อมบำรุง / โรงงานผสมยางมะตอย (ไฟฟ้า) (22K-55K) (SDG-76215) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - เยี่ยมลูกค้าและตรวจสภาพโรงงาน - ให้คำแนะนำแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับคำแนะนำในการใช้งาน/เครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า - บริหารจัดการโครงการติดตั้งโรงงานใหม่ - บริหารจัดการโครงการเพื่อทดแทน/ซ่อมแซมการก่อสร้าง - ค้นหาและติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์รายใหม่ (ลดต้นทุนและโลคัลไลซ์ซิ่ง) - วางแผนงบประมาณและเป้าหมายการขายทั้งระยะยาวและรายวัน - การวางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - วางแผนการบริการตามความต้องการของลูกค้า - สร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์และความภักดีเพื่อช่วยกิจกรรมการขาย - รักษาลูกค้าเดิมตามเส้นทางการขาย เปิดเผยความต้องการ ฯลฯ - ค้นหาผู้ที่อาจเป็นลูกค้า - ใบเสนอราคา, การสร้างเอกสารข้อมูลจำเพาะที่เกี่ยวข้อง - อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการบำรุงรักษา <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น > - สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 25-40 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - มีประสบการณ์ 2 ปี ด้านซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้าในการก่อสร้างเครื่องจักรกลหนัก เครื่องจักร หรือโรงผสมยางมะตอย - พร้อมทำงานและอยู่ได้ทั่วไทย (ทริปธุรกิจ) - ดีในภาษาอังกฤษ (พูดกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น) - สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย - สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ไซต์งานได้ (เนื่องจากสภาพอากาศในประเทศไทยอาจจะอุณหภูมิสูง) - ต้องไม่แพ้ฝุ่นหรือสิ่งสกปรก - สามารถขับขี่ได้อย่างปลอดภัย มีใบขับขี่ (รถบริษัท / รถเช่า) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - โรงงานผสมยางมะตอย - รถยนต์ส่วนตัว (5 บาท/กม.) ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS บางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
