<Number of employees : Total : 4,730 Local : TBC Japanese : TBC Foreigner : 0 > <Report Line : TH GM> <Team Member: 30-50 persons (Technician and Engineer) > <Number of Subordinates: 30-50 persons (Technician and Engineer) > <Position Objective/Expectation > ・Responsible for maintenance control and management <Job Responsibilities> ・Management within Maintenance section achieves Target. ・Prepare and control PM standard, TPM standard to suit with the optimum requirement of ISO9001 ISO1401 and TS16949 System. ・To analyze and report all of performance. ・Development and training for subordinates to perform working in accordance with the standards of maintenance section. ・Check of subordinates to ensure compliance with standards. ・Management Annual maintenance for machinery and facilities within for the Factory. ・Management and Control spare parts for machinery of important and facilities ・Prepare data to analyze KPI and report summary all of Performance Machinery every end month. ・Setup and maintain the Plan to maintain machinery in each period and setup maintenance system ・Improvement 5S and Kaizen for the manufacturing. ・Plan and Control Maintenance Budget and Contact with Supplier directly when order spare part.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineer or related fields. ・At least 5 years of working experience as maintenance control in any manufacturing. ・At least 5 years of management experience in any manufacturing. ・Good knowledge for PLC program or relate fields. ・Conversational middle level in English <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Good in relationship and coordination skill ・High motivation to improve ・Experience in Japanese company ・Able to communicate in Japanese
