Job Description

<Job responsibilities>
- to oversee the maintenance operations of all factory equipment, utility systems, and facilities to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, Support new machinery installations, and drive continuous improvement
1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance :
- manage maintenance of dyeing machines, winding machines, overhead cranes, air conditioners, and PLC-controlled systems.
- ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for both factory and office areas.
- Establish maintenance schedules and daily shutdown plans in alignment with production requirements.
2. Utility System Management :
- oversee the operation and maintenance of key utilities: air compressors, water softener system, and wastewater treatment plant.
- Maintain and optimize filter press and energy recovery systems.
3. Equipment Installation & Projects :
- lead the installation of new machinery, including imported winding machines, dyeing equipment, and mixing systems.
- Plan and execute infrastructure improvement and energy-saving projects such as evaporative cooling and heat recovery.
4. Process Improvement & Layout Optimization :
- Participate in identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvements related to equipment usage, material flow, and workspace organization.
5. Spare Parts & Budget Control :
- Develop and maintain spare parts inventory and Procurement plans.
- Monitor budget adherence for maintenance operations and capital investments.
6. Documentation & Compliance :
- ensure company standard compliance, energy management documentation, and governmental regulation adherence.
- maintain technical manuals, checklists (PM, CM), job safety analysis.
7. Leadership & Team Development : 
- Supervise and Develop maintenance staff through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and participate in safety, 5S, and energy-saving activities.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Textile Technology related field.
- At least 8 years as a Maintenance Engineer, Factory Engineer in the chemicals and materials manufacturing industry. 
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Conversational High in English (Internal, external, ability to collaborate effectively across departments, meetings, Liaison with suppliers and vendors, etc.)
- Willing to take a hands-on role in maintenance, not limited to task management

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Strong experience in textile/dyeing manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and manufacturing industry standards.(ISO9000-ISO9001)
