Maintenance Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Management, control, supervision and maintenance of machinery and all facility tasks. (Maintenance & Construction, Electricity System)
• Improve development of machinery maintenance in the production process for mechanical, electrical, measuring equipment for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Control the maintenance work according to the plan.
• Plan a machine inspection.
• Ensure team performance by leading, motivating and managing and efficient way.
• Coach and develop subordinate's skill
• Other tasked as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male Only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Have experience at least 10 years about Maintenance in automotive industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Maintenance Assistant Manager or higher in automotive industry
• Have working experience in Japanese company before
• Have working experience in all maintenance role Ex. Maintenance & Construction, Electricity System
• Have knowledge about Auto cad 2D, 3D, PLC (any brand)
• Have knowledge about IATF 16949, ISO14001 and ISO9001
• Advance Conversation middle level of English

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•การจัดการควบคุมดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและงานอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด (การบำรุงรักษาและการก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า)
•ปรับปรุงพัฒนาการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าเครื่องมือวัดให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
•ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามแผน.
•วางแผนการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร
•สร้างความมั่นใจในการทำงานของทีมด้วยวิธีที่เป็นผู้นำสร้างแรงจูงใจและจัดการและมีประสิทธิภาพ
•โค้ชและพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นมาก่อน
•มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในทุกบทบาทการซ่อมบำรุง Ex. การบำรุงรักษาและการก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Auto cad 2D, 3D, PLC (ยี่ห้อใดก็ได้)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ IATF 16949, ISO14001 และ ISO9001
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
