Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To support the maintenance of all activities, machines, and equipment in the production line - To troubleshoot and repair machine problems to reduce downtime - To support the maintenance of automation systems such as PLCs (Mitsubishi), Robots, and Automatic - To monitor machine performance and improve equipment efficiency (OEE), ISO9001, and ISO14001 - To coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operation - To prepare reports and support improvement activities - Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/experience> - Bachelor's degree in Machatronics or Mechanical Engineering - Fresh Graduates with experience with PLCs (Mitsubishi), Robots, and Automatic - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management sometimes, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems efficiently - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks - Willingness to learn and develop technical skills <Preferable skill/Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in Consumer Manufacturing - Having a Professional Engineering License (PE License) - Having training or certification as a Person Responsible for Energy (Energy Manager)
