Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Learn the machines and products under the Technical Manager. - Prepare quotations for maintenance / spare parts. - Propose the parts quotation together with the Technical Manager (sales will propose machines, while the technical side will propose parts). - After receiving an order, arrange and deliver the parts. - Driving is required for deliveries and customer visits. No personal car is needed. The candidate will be trained by the Technical Manager to be able to handle quotations for maintenance parts (including learning the machines).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Degree in the engineering field (High school is fine too) - A responsible person who can handle customer-related tasks from quotation, ordering, to delivery as one continuous process, without waiting for detailed instructions. - Practical experience in quotation preparation, ordering, and customer coordination related to machines, equipment, or parts. - Have a driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have working experience as an engineer for 3 years at the same company - Conversational level of English (to communicate with JP manager) - Have working experience as an engineer in the food industry - Bachelor's degree in the engineering field
