Work Outline: In charge of doing an After Sales Service/ maintenance /Customer Support on trouble shooting.
Duties & Responsibility:
-Customer Service and maintenance Tasks
-Visit clients to support after sale by company car
-Follow up to ensure prompt case closure and customer satisfaction
-Lab Test/ Rakukiller
-Deal with clients and staff via e-mail and telephone
-Maintenance machine, pump and other
-Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male only, Age 24-35
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical Engineer or related fields
Good Command in English
Good personality
Fast learner
Be able to go business trip in abroad
Have driving’s license
Have own car
Fresh graduated are welcome
[Preferable]
Experience in coating related industry or Electrical, Machine, Pump or Chemical e.g. Thinner
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri) *Alternate Saturday
