Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance plans, and assign tasks to maintenance personnel - Regularly inspect and monitor various utility systems to identify potential problems and determine necessary maintenance and repair work - Participate in the preparation and planning of maintenance and repair budgets - Perform maintenance on jigs and tools to maintain consistent production quality and efficiency in accordance with established maintenance plan - Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) for machinery, equipment, jigs, and tools - Implement and comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and systems - Continuously improve work processes through KAIZEN and 5S activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in maintenance engineer, service engineer from manufacturing company (Automotive, Electrical, Machinery etc.) - Conversation Middle in English (E-mail and documents) - Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949 quality management systems <In details> - Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, or other relevant computer programs - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively supervise and develop subordinates - Good planning, problem-solving, and work process improvement skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field - Management experience - Experienced in Automotive, Wire Harness Business
