Maintenance Supervisor - Assistant Manager

หัวหน้างาน - ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Management, control, supervision, and maintenance of machinery and all facility tasks. (Maintenance & Construction, Electrical System)
• Improve development of machinery maintenance in the production process for mechanical, electrical, for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Control the maintenance work according to the plan.
• Plan a machine inspection.
• Ensure team performance by leading, motivating and managing and efficient way.
• Coach and develop subordinate's skill
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• At least 8 year's experience as Maintenance in any Manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Have knowledge about Auto cad 2D, 3D, PLC (any brand)
• Not job hopper
• Advanced conversation middle level of English
• Experience in a Toyota Tier1 company is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: AMATA CITY Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Saturday Working: once in a month (Depend on Company Calendar) )

•การจัดการควบคุมดูแลและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและงานอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมด (การบำรุงรักษาและการก่อสร้างระบบไฟฟ้า)
•ปรับปรุงพัฒนาการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการผลิตเครื่องจักรกลไฟฟ้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
•ควบคุมงานซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามแผน.
•วางแผนการตรวจสอบเครื่องจักร
•สร้างความมั่นใจในการทำงานของทีมด้วยวิธีที่เป็นผู้นำสร้างแรงจูงใจและจัดการและมีประสิทธิภาพ
•โค้ชและพัฒนาทักษะของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ผู้ชายจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีในการบำรุงรักษาในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Auto cad 2D, 3D, PLC (ยี่ห้อใดก็ได้)
•ไม่ใช่ถังงาน
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัท Toyota Tier1 จะดีมาก
