Maintenance Assistant Manager - Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Taking care of maintenance process of machines and facilities, utilities in the factory
*Machines : Die Cast, Press, Crane, Injection, NC, MC
*Facility and Utility : Water, Electricity
• Making regularly maintenance plan by coordinating with suppliers
• Taking care of fixing the sudden defect of machines (Overhaul), analyze the root cause
• Summarize monthly working report and find the best solution in order to prevent the defect
• Project Lead, Improvement & KAIZEN for maintenance.
• Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department.
• Coordinate with related department to reduce problems
• Manpower Control, Budget Control, Training, Operation Management.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 37-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years experiences about maintenance in manufacturing company
• At least 3 years management experiences about maintenance in manufacturing company
• Must have working experience in all maintenance role (machinery, electricity) and also PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• Have strong knowledge of machines such as Die cast, Press, CNC, and utility function
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Advanced conversational low level of English
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Saturday Working: Twice a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก สาธารณูปโภคในโรงงาน
* เครื่องจักร: Die Cast, Press, Crane, Injection, NC, MC
* สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและสาธารณูปโภค: น้ำ ไฟฟ้า
• จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาอย่างสม่ำเสมอโดยประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์
• ดูแลแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องกะทันหันของเครื่องจักร (Overhaul) วิเคราะห์ต้นเหตุ
• สรุปรายงานการทำงานประจำเดือนและค้นหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อป้องกันข้อบกพร่อง the
• หัวหน้าโครงการ ปรับปรุง & KAIZEN สำหรับการบำรุงรักษา
• วิเคราะห์และกำหนดวิธีแก้ปัญหา ปัญหาแม่พิมพ์กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อลดปัญหา
• การควบคุมกำลังคน การควบคุมงบประมาณ การฝึกอบรม การจัดการการปฏิบัติงาน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 37-45 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์
• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาในบริษัทผู้ผลิต
• ต้องมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านซ่อมบำรุง (เครื่องจักร, ไฟฟ้า) และ PM (Preventive Maintenance)
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักรเป็นอย่างดี เช่น Die cast, Press, CNC, and utility function
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะดีมาก
