Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and maintain documentation such as ISO and PSM-related documents. - Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for office supplies and manage procurement control. - Maintain and organize records and documentation, including machine histories and check sheets. - Summarize monthly departmental targets and performance in numerical data and graphical reports. - Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations. - Prepare reports and documents in Japanese for presentation to Japanese executives. - Communicate with Japanese staff at the headquarters. - Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's degree in related fields - At least 2 years experience in Admin, General Clerk who handle documents or related field - Conversational High in Japanese (JLPT N3 or over) - Having Computer skills especially Excel, Word, E-mail <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to communication in English - Experience in Maintenance Admin - Experience in Japanese Manufacturing company - Immediately or early join a candidate
