Job Description
• Handle customer request
• Support maintenance process of maintenance team
• Coordinate with other departments
• Prepare invoices and quotation for each client
• Prepare every maintenance document and other related documents
• Communicate with customer by e-mail and phone
• Other tasks as assigned by Thai manager
Workplace Area: Mae Hia, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00((Mon-Fri) *Saturday is working day as mention in the regulation)
Salary: 20,000–25,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 23-35 years
• Female only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• More than 1 year experience as admin or coordinator work in any filed
• Conversational middle level of English
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Personality : Responsibly and honestly person
• Have working experience in Japanese company is preferable
• Have working experience in small team is preferable
