Machining Engineer Leader - Chief
(24K – 36K) (SDG-58351)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Program the laser machine.
• Responsible for machine maintenance processes.
• Responsible for machining trial test and new model.
• Create, control and improve machining processes including tooling, fixturing and gauging
• Perform action defect support machining on production line
• Estimate machine step by step and reduce machine cycle time
• Coordinate in analysis and corrective actions with quality team members
• Other related tasks as assigned by superiors
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 3 years working experience as machining engineer from Automotive manufacturing.
• Able to program G code M code.
• Basic level in English.
• Can work as a team and can work under pressure.
• Have experience coding Amada and Mitsubishi Lathe machine is preferable.

• Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
• Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ตั้งโปรแกรมเครื่องเลเซอร์
•รับผิดชอบกระบวนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
•รับผิดชอบในการทดสอบการตัดเฉือนและรูปแบบใหม่
•สร้างควบคุมและปรับปรุงกระบวนการตัดเฉือนรวมถึงการใช้เครื่องมือการซ่อมและการวัด
•ดำเนินการแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องสนับสนุนการตัดเฉือนในสายการผลิต
•ประมาณเครื่องทีละขั้นตอนและลดเวลารอบเครื่อง
•ประสานงานในการวิเคราะห์และการดำเนินการแก้ไขกับสมาชิกในทีมที่มีคุณภาพ
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 27-35 ปี
•ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพหรือปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
•ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรเครื่องจักรกลจากการผลิตยานยนต์
•สามารถโปรแกรม G code M code
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
•สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
•มีประสบการณ์ในการเขียนโปรแกรม Amada และเครื่องกลึงมิตซูบิชิเป็นที่ต้องการ
