Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Collaborate with planning staff to align and receive production schedules. - Supervise end-to-end production processes from raw material intake to final product packaging. - Manage material and packaging withdrawals to match production needs. - Allocate manpower appropriately to match production activities. - Ensure production quality aligns with defined standards. - Resolve real-time issues during production when output does not meet specifications. - Ensure readiness of equipment, raw materials, and machinery. - Prepare operation manuals and process instructions for each product type. - Improve and modernize production processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs. - Summarize and report production outputs and problems, including corrective actions, to supervisors. - Lead production meetings to review and report ongoing process issues. - Prepare and maintain documents related to quality control systems. - Coordinate with related departments to support production operations. - Provide suggestions and improvements for greater operational effectiveness. - Develop staff to enhance operational efficiency and maximize productivity. - Supervise subordinates to ensure a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities. - Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Science, or related field. - At least 4 years of experience in production control, Operation control, and Production process in the manufacturing industry - At least 1 year of experience at a supervisor/management level with subordinates - Conversational middle level of English (Internal verbal communication, Email, Document) - Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the Food industry - Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO). - Experience in a manufacturing company with a workforce of 1,000+ employees
