Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Calling target clients and making an appointment - Making a new network about a client, which they want to acquire or sell, or an entrepreneur network - Communicate with internal M&A consultant and proceed M&A process *There are some M&A consultants, so they can proceed process deeply - The consultant will be in charge of the M&A of mainly Japanese companies. *clients are introduced to the company (not new business development). - Analysis of financial figures and market data - Based on the financial documents such as financial statements, will conduct financial analysis using Excel and Access. - Prepare documents using Excel and PowerPoint - Visit Clients and propose any consulting service - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - More than 3-5 years of experience as sales staff in M&A or consulting company - Having experience or a connection with the company owner or entrepreneur in Thailand - Willing to take on Business development - Business level of English *Personality Those who are attracted to working on projects with discretion. Those who want to experience a wide range of work. People who like to discuss and discuss projects with others <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having a connection with the entrepreneur - Working experience in handling M&A tasks as an accountant
