<Job Responsibilities>
- Follow-up with existing clients
- Respond to new inquiries (mainly via email)
- Prepare various documents such as quotations, invoices, contracts, and shipping documents
*The role is mainly focused on existing clients. New business development is rarely required.
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field *Fresh graduates welcome
- Business level of Japanese (N2 level)
*For internal communication, and sometimes for clients via email
- Conversational middle-level of English
- Willing to challenge many tasks such as sales
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- working experience as a logistics sales assistant
- Have working experience in a Japanese company
