Logistics Officer (Trading and Manufacturing) (25K-28K) (SDG-79627) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ (การค้าและการผลิต) <Job Responsibilities> Export Shipment • Booking a vessel/air for export shipment • Sending a schedule of vessel/air to sale‐co team • Issue TAX invoice and delivery order to sale‐co team for boss sign • Informed to shipping for pick up goods at warehouse • Informed to warehouse prepare goods for sending • Coordinate with warehouse prepare for goods loading to export cargo • Send the both of packing list and invoice to shipping for make draft export entry and draft B/L • Confirm draft export entry and draft B/L with shipping Import Shipment • Get information (stock list) for checking from sale‐co team • Follow up shipping document with shipper • Received invoice from shipper for review BOI, Non‐BOl and quantity • If the invoice mistake, inform shipper to revise it • Modify Chemical invoice before submitting the BOI (for shipment Chemical) • Pass the shipping document to sale‐co team for check the description name • Submit BOI in import online system • Send the shipping document to shipping for clearance • Make the forward insurance to shipping for make a draft import entry • Check draft import entry • Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, or customer for confirm ETA • Input receiving shipment data in MAPs system and print out receiving shipment report pass to A/C Local shipment • Booking a truck for delivery goods with our warehouse. • Coordinate with warehouse for part mistake (not fully packed, customer can't receive goods for part mistake, etc.) • Confirm total of pallets with warehouse before sending the goods to our customer. • Make the summary daily report, how many invoice and which part was sent to sale‐co team. Report • Make the goods in transit report end of the month and pass to A/C team • Check billing of shipment vessel • Check billing of warehouse and confirm to warehouse staff (for weekly) • Check and confirm billing of warehouse for monthly. • Summary report for status 0409 as end of the month and pass to and A/C Team. • Checking inventory every month. • Summary Logistics Cost Report every month.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Female, 26-30 years old - Bachelor’s Degree of Business Admin / Business International / Logistics - At least 2-3 years’ experience in logistics/ Export-Import - Conversational High level of English (for communicating with customer and Japanese Manager) - Personality: Friendly / careful / sympathetic working under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in semiconductor trading company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri < Sat None > WFH 1 Day/week but depend on department assigned) About the Benefits Salary: 24,000–25,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacture of electronic components, electric chemicals, FA systems, Information equipment Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components
