<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand and apply the concept of Lead Logistics Provider (Fourth-Party Logistics) operations.
- Manage logistics planning, budgeting, and cost control effectively.
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including domestic management, inland transportation, cross-border transportation, and warehouse management.
- Analyze logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to increase work efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as transportation law, safety standards, and environmental requirements, while maintaining relationships with government agencies and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop logistics strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives.
- Monitor, coach, and develop team members to improve their skills, performance, and efficiency.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management in the logistics industry or a Manufacturing company
- At least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse management.
- Good understanding of logistics laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Proficient in MS Office especially(Formulas and creating Graphs)
- Conversational high level of English skills (Report line, Shipping Supplier, Verbal, and Writing)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>.
- Having logistics management system knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in Fourth-Party Logistics
- Have experience in the Automotive industry
