<Job Responsibilities> - Review and improve work processes and logistics planning systems - Develop logistics strategies - Manage logistics and transportation costs - Prepare budgets and forecasts - Lead, supervise, and motivate the logistics team - Assess and develop team members as needed - Provide expert guidance on transportation, logistics, warehousing, and customs - Report overall logistics performance to the Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field - At least 8 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, or Transportation Management, with 2 years of management experience with subordinates - Conversational high level (To communicate with the Japanese Director, email, and documents.) <Details> - Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills - High commitment, initiative, and reliability - Good team player with a good attitude - Can work under pressure <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having experience in trading companies will be an advantage - Having connections with shipping/warehouse companies will be an advantage
