Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct meetings with customers regarding transportation and scheduling, including visiting clients with the sales team approximately 3-4 days per week. - Oversee and monitor the workflow of customer service and shipping operations for air, land, and sea freight. - Oversee all ongoing projects and work to ensure there are no delays and timelines are met. - Provide accurate customs codes to customers and shipping partners. - Organize, review, and approve documents related to import and export activities. - 1, input. Follow up with customers and overseas inquiries regarding shipment status, related documents, billing, claims, and other requirements. - Monitor daily emails and respond to business requirements from both internal and external parties. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 5 years of working experience as Logistics management. ・Conversational middle-high level of English ・Able to work individually (This company is a newly set up company in Thailand, so you need to work alone (no member in this team) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience from Logistic Company ・Experience of taking care of Automotive industry clients ・Person who has experience in small sized company
