Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage inventory for office demo products and domestic sales stock. - Conduct semi-annual and annual physical stock counts. - Handle monthly disposal processes for expired products and defective items. - Maintain accurate master data classification for products and tools. - Perform inventory reconciliation with the warehouse management system. - Manage inventory transfers for domestic stock, incoming stock, and locally produced stock. - Oversee labeling processes and overseas shortage lists. - Plan warehouse inventory for both overseas and domestic shipments. - Coordinate with logistics, overseas sales, and warehouse teams to investigate damage during unloading. - Manage claims related to damaged goods. - Coordinate import and shipment arrangements for sea freight and DHL air sample products. - Manage shipping documents for import and export operations. - Recheck import declaration documents with LPI and QC staff. - Submit accurate import documents to external logistics companies. - Report payment reasons for overseas sales debit charges, including hand-carry shipments, to the accounting team.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years experiences in logistics, warehouse management, and import/export operations. - Conversational High in English(Able to read, write, and communicate) - Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-mail operations. <Personality> - Strong accuracy in handling numbers and data. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese speaking ability is a plus. - Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system is an advantage.
