Logistics Assistant Manager
(40K – 50K) (SDG-64513)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage quality control on logistics operations.
• Plan truck and container transport plan and schedule.
• Improve operational flexibility while delivering products at the lowest total system cost possible and optimizing asset utilization.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team regarding to sales orders
• Oversee the risk management in accountability.
• Plan and strategize the customer target group to meet with business direction as Assistant to Manager.
• Liaise with internal department to ensure the smooth operation on logistics, and work efficiency.
• Utilize the data for further analyst and create logistics report to manager.
• Hold accountability as logistics center, managing project and system in related functions.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experiences at least 5 years about Logistics Management in Logistic, transportation company
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Logistic Leader, Supervisor or higher
• Have working experience about Milk run (Logistic)
• Have knowledge in GPS and TMW (Fleet management)
• Conversation middle level of English
• Able to use MS Office (Especially Excel : Able to use Microsoft Excel formula , function , chart, Pivot and consolidate), Power BI
• Have knowledge of Data Analytic, PDCA, 7 waste, Lean Management
Languages skills
• English : Conversational

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและจัดการการควบคุมคุณภาพในการดำเนินงานด้านลอจิสติกส์
• วางแผนและกำหนดการขนส่งรถบรรทุกและตู้คอนเทนเนอร์
• ปรับปรุงความยืดหยุ่นในการดำเนินงานในขณะที่ส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ด้วยต้นทุนรวมของระบบที่ต่ำที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้สินทรัพย์
• ประสานงานกับทีมขายและการตลาดเกี่ยวกับใบสั่งขาย
• ดูแลการบริหารความเสี่ยงในความรับผิดชอบ
• วางแผนและวางกลยุทธ์ให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายลูกค้าเป็นไปตามทิศทางธุรกิจในฐานะผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านลอจิสติกส์เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน
• ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อวิเคราะห์เพิ่มเติมและสร้างรายงานด้านลอจิสติกส์ให้กับผู้จัดการ
• รับผิดชอบเป็นศูนย์โลจิสติกส์ บริหารจัดการโครงการและระบบในหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 33-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปี เกี่ยวกับ Logistics Management in Logistic, บริษัทขนส่ง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Logistic Leader, Supervisor หรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ Milk run (Logistic)
• มีความรู้ด้าน GPS และ TMW (การจัดการยานพาหนะ)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ (โดยเฉพาะ Excel : สามารถใช้สูตร Microsoft Excel , ฟังก์ชัน , แผนภูมิ , Pivot และการรวม ), Power BI
• มีความรู้ด้าน Data Analytics, PDCA, 7 waste, Lean Management
