Duties & Responsibilities:
Attending to customer enquiries and help channel the queries / feedback to the correct parties
Process sales and import related documents
Support sales team to liaise with relevant parties on incoming cargo, customs declaration, monitor import shipment and ensure smooth clearance upon arrival.
Update any shipment issues to sales team or distributors and seek advice on further actions. .
Ensure proper filing and control of documents (DO / Invoice / LC etc.)
Assist Accounts to follow up on payments matters
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female , age 25-35 years
Diploma or Degree in Logistics Operations or Supply Chain Management.
At least 3 years’ relevant experience in wholesale trade of FMCG products.
Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate/Advance Level)
Experience in Thailand import procedures
Able to work independently as well as a good team player
Organized and possess strong coordination skill
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Excellent command of English
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in Japanese trading business
Experience in FMCG products like consumer electronics
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (highest)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Monday - Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 THB
