Logistics & Admin Officer (20K–30K) (SDG-115317) <Job responsibilities> - Execute import and operation through Co-working with team and concerned departments both locally and overseas. - Provide customer and logistics Support of Sales products. - Manage import & Export operations with team and concerned departments more effectively to realize profitable organization. - Optimize & develop SCM (Supply Chain Management) function to achieve the targets of the organization. - Coordinate with warehouses and manage stocks - Issue invoice and customer Support (mainly Logistic side) - Plan and control the import and export shipments & documentation system effectively to prevent customers' material shortages. - Coordinate with suppliers to Arrange the arrival of import and domestic materials - Work with the Department of foreign trade to Issue documents of the FTA Certificate - Work with BOI functions to Support the documentation and carry out BOI privileges effectively. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field - At least 1 year experience as Import and BOI - Good knowledge of international trade & Importation (Incoterm) - Experience in international Trading - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to Detail and good team work spirit. - Conversational high in English to Communicate with clients (email, conversation, documents) - Able to Use Microsoft office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Familiarity with relevant Computer software (e.g. Windspeed, Express) - Able to Communicate in Chinese Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Ari Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 20,000–30,000THB About the company Product & Service: Chemical Business Type: General Trading Company;General Chemicals;
