Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle import operations by coordinating with freight forwarders - Check shipping documents from suppliers (invoice, packing list, BL, etc.) - Verify import entry details such as HS Code and duty rate - Manage BOI-related documentation (if applicable) - Coordinate export shipments based on Incoterms - Prepare export shipping documents and verify export entries - Issue purchase orders for local suppliers and monitor order status - Plan stock levels and manage inventory replenishment - Coordinate with warehouses regarding incoming shipments and documentation - Review monthly warehouse reports and handle insurance claims if needed - Issue delivery orders (DO) and prepare proforma invoices (COD terms) - Control product lot numbers using FIFO method - Collect logistics documents and submit to accounting department - Prepare reports as requested by Sales Manager - Support ISO processes such as supplier evaluation and customer satisfaction surveys - Handle customer requests and complaints related to logistics - Monitor customer forecasts and purchase orders - Manage disposal of damaged or non-conforming products - Support internal and external audits (Accounting, HQ, ISO, ISCC Plus) - Other tasks as assugned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year of experience in logistics, import/export, or related functions - Understanding of HS Code and duty rate - Conversational high level of English (for internal and external communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in BOI-related operations - Knowledge of ISO / ISCC standards - Experience handling dangerous goods import - Familiar with import licenses (DIW, FDA, Excise, etc.) - Experience using SAP system - Experience working in Japanese company
