Work Outline: Manage logistic team and coordinate with internal sales team and dealers for shipping finished products by sea freight
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage logistics team 40+ staffs
Manage plan and strategies to cover overall process to arrange prompt delivery schedule to overseas dealers
Manage and control various shipping documents for Import/Export
Cooperate with government department Such as IEAT, Custom BOI
Discover dealers’ concern and resolve shipping discrepancies by coordinate with all concern parties
Follow up the shipments and update status to customer by tracking shipment
Coordinate with internal sales team for confirm volume of products for each dealers
Coordinate with Warehouse department for in-house stock
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, male only, age 36-45 years
Bachelor degree or higher in related field
At least 8 years in Logistic Management and Import, Export in Air-conditioner product
Communication and cooperation with government Such as IEAT, Custom BOI Etc.
People management skill
Knowledge of ISO 9001&14001
Languages skills
English: Business Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Airport Link / Lat Krabang
Working Hour: 7:50-17:10 (2 break-time (10mins) per day, 9:50-10:00 & 15:00-15:10)

Salary: 45,000 – 60,000 THB
