<Job Responsibilities>
[Sales Strategy & Growth]
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote warehouse logistics services .Identify and target potential clients in industries such as Logistics. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
[Client Acquisition & Relationship Management] *have acquire new client KPI
- Build long-term partnerships with customers by understanding their supply chain needs.Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close new contracts.Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain repeat business.
[Market & Competitor Analysis]
- Research warehouse market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with warehouse operations, inventory control, and transport teams to ensure service quality.Coordinate with the finance team on quotations, payment terms, and contract agreements.
[Sales Administration & Reporting]
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and contracts in the CRM system.Prepare monthly sales performance reports and forecasts.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in warehouse logistics
- Able to hunting new client
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Conversation High level in English (spoken & written), mostly with report line
- Able to visit client sites as required.
- Have own car with driving license
<Personality>
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and value-added services.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
