Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Import / Export Operations
- To perform as the key contact for internal and external logistics, including Import/Export
- To ensure the acquisition of necessary government permits, licenses, and approvals
- To the process of obtaining the necessary import licenses for importing hazardous inks
- To ensure that all required documentation is in order before shipments arrive in Thailand
- To coordinate the Import/Export of goods, working with freight forwarders and other logistics
- To ensure cost-effective shipment of goods/products, both inbound and outbound.
- To prepare and verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL, AWB, FORM FTA, etc.
- To coordinate the procurement of cargo insurance for both Imports and Exports
- To ensure documentation and filing for all insurance-related claims, certificates, and policies
- To handle any Import-Export-related claims, disputes, or inspections
- To coordinate with the Accounting team about the payment of Import/Export processes.
- To other administrative work in connection with importation.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management
- To ensure the handling and storage of goods in accordance with safety standards
- To manage inventory and warehouse operations
- To issue inventory transfer documents when moving goods (Delivery note)
- To manage the incoming and outgoing of inventory in the warehouse
- To control, maintain, and do a weekly (machine only) or a monthly Inventory Report
- To do a physical check of inventory for the first half fiscal year and the end of the fiscal year.
- To accept and control incoming shipments of machines, ink, and spare parts.
- To maintain accurate records of all shipments and expenses
- To support compliance with ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.

3. Procurement & Coordination
- To prepare purchase orders that are received from the Sales or other divisions
- To place the purchase orders for machines or any to the headquarters
- To input orders received into the Inventory
- To instruct the logistics Section on shipping goods or any orders
- To operate logistics in providing seamless support to the customers and business partners.
- To confirm IC with the Japan side
- To file documents, logistics, and accounting concerns

5. Other tasks as assigned by the Reportline

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Incoterms, or a related field
- At least 3 years of Experience in Logistics, Import/Export, or Supply Chain in a related field
- Experience in preparing documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, AWB, FORM FTA
- Experience in coordinating with the Government for permits, licenses, and approvals
- Conversational High Level in English
  (Communicate with Japanese MD, documents, emails, and other reports)
- Strong knowledge in Logistics or Shipping
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Pivot and Vlookup
