Work outline: Overall Logistics and admins management
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Controls and co-ordinates the physical distribution of company’s products from warehouse to customers.
Ø Monitors the overall distribution and warehouse network and recommends additional storage facilities in order to distribute the company’s products more efficiently and economically.
Ø Control and manage the waste from production out of the company
Ø Monitors the overall performance of transport services, including contracted providers, and recommends and implements changes to achieve the most efficient and economic transportation on timely basis.
Ø Monitors the performance of overall distribution channels and recommends improvement as needed.
Ø Liaison with all relevant departments to ensure that the warehousing, distribution, and transport services at maximum efficiently.
Ø Provides advice, direction and aid in import/export assignments, related interaction and negotiation.
Ø Resolve problems arising under typical responsibilities.
Ø Circulate month end reports (short expiry stocks , stock deposit report , stock reconciliation and slow moving and dead stock reports)
Ø Supervise administration team for administration job responsibility
Ø Streamline overall warehousing, distributing of goods. Directs & Control receiving, stores and shipping operations
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration
Ø Over 10 years’ experience in Logistic management/factory management
Ø Good knowledge in cost control management
Ø Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Ø Excellent command of English and Computer literacy
Preferable:
Ø Having positive attitude and tough
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Bangkhen, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Sat (8:00-16:30) [ 2 Sat per month]
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 THB negotiable
