Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinating with Sales for cargo arrangement - Following up information and status of cargo arrangement - Replying an arrangement schedule to customers upon purchase orders and/or production plan - Issuing correct purchase orders and/or production plan by following instruction - Communicating with overseas and/or out-source compounders for cargo arrangement - Keep monitoring the level of storage stock to be an appropriate level - Sharing a stock status to related parties when facing a supply problem or excessive stock etc. - Assigning the correct inventory under normal situation - Considering inventory allocation for customers under standard concept of allocation - Realizing customer's sales order situation for abnormal case and sharing to related parties - Perform other related duties as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years as Logistics Coordinator, Logistic Planner in trading business (Experience in purchase planning and inventory control and Import & Export, oversea suppliers) - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with Clients, Suppliers) - Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office : Word / Powerpoint / Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot), E-mail, Internet, etc. <In detail> - Having good skills of development, support, and troubleshooting - Good attitude, enthusiastic, good communication & coordinate - Able to work as good team member <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience Salesforce and ERP tools - Experience in Japanese company - Holding high TOEIC score - Early join candidate - Experience of Large Stock/ Inventory management and also report - Experience of Order and Budget Planning & Forecast experience - Experience in coordinating with supplier related to production planning - Take care of Shipping/ Logistic process
