Logistics and QC staff (18K-23K) (SDG-78006) เจ้าหน้าที่โลจิสติกส์และ QC <Job Responsibilities> You will be in charge of logistics 80% and QC 20%. (Logistics) - Receive purchase order from client in Thailand and oversea (India, Indonesia, China) in English, issue PO to suppliers and order to book shipment to logistics company - Communicate with factory side in Indonesia for future forecast base on customer forecast information - Visit warehouse 1-2 time in a month by company car with driver, check the stock and keep it stable level - Manage delivery schedule - Issue invoice - Other tasks as assigned (QC) - In case of quality issue is happened, be the window of client and connect it to manufacture - Conduct random inspection at warehouse <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Female, 22-25 years old - Bachelor’s Degree - Conversation high level of English for communication with oversea client and Japanese MD - Can join immediately - Welcome fresh graduate or have working experience as logistics staff over 1 year, experience in inventory control and contact with logistics company - Personality: proactive, willing to learn new things, Flexible mindset, can do attitude - Not job hopper and be able to work for long terms Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Chit Lom, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday <Saturday Working: a few times per year>) About the Benefits Salary: 18,000–23,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing and sales of automotive parts Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts

เจ้าหน้าที่โลจิสติกส์และ QC (18K-23K) (SDG-78006) <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> คุณจะรับผิดชอบด้านโลจิสติกส์ 80% และ QC 20% (โลจิสติกส์) - รับใบสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้าในไทยและต่างประเทศ (อินเดีย, อินโดนีเซีย, จีน) เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ออก PO ให้ซัพพลายเออร์ และสั่งจองการจัดส่งให้บริษัทขนส่ง - สื่อสารกับฝ่ายโรงงานในอินโดนีเซียสำหรับฐานการคาดการณ์ในอนาคตตามข้อมูลการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้า - เยี่ยมชมโกดัง 1-2 ครั้งใน 1 เดือน โดยรถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ เช็คสต๊อก และรักษาระดับให้คงที่ - จัดการกำหนดการส่งมอบ - ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (QC) - กรณีเกิดปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ ให้เป็นผู้ประสานงานของลูกค้าและเชื่อมต่อกับฝ่ายการผลิต - ทำการสุ่มการตรวจที่โกดัง <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 22-25 ปี - ปริญญาตรี - สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงเพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศและ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น - เข้าร่วมได้ทันที - ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่หรือมีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นพนักงานโลจิสติกส์มากกว่า 1 ปี มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังและติดต่อกับบริษัทโลจิสติกส์ - บุคลิกภาพ: เชิงรุก ยินดีที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ มีความคิดที่ยืดหยุ่น สามารถทำทัศนคติได้ - ไม่ใช่ผู้ที่เปลี่ยนงานบ่อยและสามารถทำงานระยะยาวได้ ทักษะทางภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ภาษาญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS ชิดลม กรุงเทพมหานคร เวลาทำงาน: 8:30-17:30 น.
