Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Analyze warehouse and inventory data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse and logistics performance. - Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to optimize processes and workflows. - Support decision-making with data-driven insights for capacity planning and inventory management. - Conduct cost analysis and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. - Identify operational bottlenecks, propose corrective actions, and execute process innovation initiatives. - Collect and interpret data, generate actionable insights, and ensure data accuracy for productivity and cost-efficiency tracking. - Provide analysis and support for additional operational requirements as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations analysis position in a Distributor, retail industry, or e-commerce industry - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business intelligence skills. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation planning. - Conversation at a High level in English (Internal, meetings, reports, email) Experience with large scale company (100+ staff), fast-moving, and complex environments. <Preferable> - Experience working with Korean companies and adapting to Korean business culture. - Proven track record in managing distribution centers within the food retail industry.
