Local Sales Supervisor (35K-48K) (JO-180320-149844)
Work outline: To responsible for achieving sales KPIs and maintain good relationship with clients
Manage a sales team of Korat and Lopburi province.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To expand Customer accounts (direct/indirect)
To plan Strategy and Tactics to expand Customer accounts
To monitor and govern the performance of Local Sales Staff
To summarize and report the progress of Account Expansion
Company car is available for booking. Does not have policy to use owned-car. Have some business trip to upcountry. Stay 3-5 days per trip, but not frequent.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male, age 25-32 years old
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
To have a job experience at Sales Management in FMCG or related business
To be good at Root-Cause Analysis and Logical Thinking
To have a good skill to motivate and encourage the people
To have a good skill in English conversation and Microsoft Office
Preferable:
Experience working in similar business
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Possess excellent communication skills, team working and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and possess good emotional control.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Silom/ Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday-Friday)
